Last year, Talkspace commissioned a survey with The Harris Poll to develop the **Employee Stress Check Report** to track current employee attitudes towards mental well-being and work.

In the time since, much has changed in the world. Americans now live in a country with fewer COVID-19 cases, more are returning to physical places of work, and many who started the Great Resignation looking for new jobs have found their greener pastures.

 

Despite these and other changes for American workers – levels of stress and burnout remain the same. The latest Employee Stress Check Report highlights a mental wellness rut for millions of workers.
