Three years after the start of the Covid pandemic we're seeing a sharp shift in attitudes about mental health, and in expectations about how employers should address it. Those are the findings of a Talkspace survey where nearly 4,000 members of our community shared their surprising thoughts on talking about mental health struggles, seeking therapy, and getting support through the workplace.
