NYC Teenspace Request Form

Thank you for your interest in NYC Teenspace, a new program for teens from NYC Health Department, powered by Talkspace! If you would like a presentation (virtual or in-person) on NYC Teenspace or presence at an event (ie. school/community health fair) specifically for your school, district or agency please fill out the form below with details about your request.

Please note:

• We need at least 3-4 weeks advance notice for in-person events. We will follow up within 2 business days.
• Due to limited program team staff, we are unable to facilitate the following request: 
  • A tabling event that in ONLY one hour
    
  • A workshop (virtual/in-person) that has less than 25 people
