The youth mental health crisis is still real
Although the height of Covid was associated with teen mental health challenges, teen-focused therapists believe the crisis has only deepened since then. 63% of the Talkspace provider team says that, overall, student mental health seems even worse today than it was in 2020-2022. Only 8% said that things appear to have gotten better.
